In the cast iron radiator production workshop, the independently developed one-box nine-mold PLC flexible automated casting line, honored as a "National High-Tech Product", is operating at high speed, with computer programs precisely controlling the whole process of pouring, forming and cooling to achieve precision manufacturing featuring no core shift, no mold misalignment and uniform wall thickness; combined with the proprietary FJ core-making technology and high-pressure sandblasting process, the products boast clean and sand-free internal cavities, completely resolving the pain points of water channel blockage and water pollution commonly found in traditional cast iron radiators, thus perfectly meeting the modern heating requirements of household-based heat metering.

Breakthroughs in durability stem from in-depth innovation in core structure: the patented I-shaped radiator core design redefines the stress distribution of conventional radiators. Made from integrally cast iron with die-cast aluminum alloy heat-dissipating fins on the exterior, it retains the corrosion resistance of cast iron while combining the excellent thermal conductivity of aluminum, delivering a service life of more than 30 years.
